Realistic turnaround

Quoted times reflect how long careful work actually takes. A tune-up returns in two days; a reseal in one to two weeks; a rebuild takes two to three months.

Pressure-tested results

Water-resistance work is followed by a staged pressure check. The result is documented and given to the owner — not simply assumed from the seal alone.

Appropriate cosmetic judgement

Cosmetic work is discussed with the owner before it is done. A tool watch with patina may be better left as-is; that conversation happens openly.

Common questions

What does the Cleaning & Lubrication Tune-Up actually include? +
The tune-up is an external clean of the case and bracelet, lubrication of accessible points on the movement without a full strip-down, a timing check on the timing machine, and a written note of any concerns observed. It is suitable for a watch that is already running well and simply needs routine upkeep. If the inspection reveals something that calls for deeper work, we will say so before proceeding.
How is the water-resistance pressure test conducted? +
After renewing the gaskets at the crown, case-back, and any pushers, the case is subjected to a staged pressure test using a dry pressure testing device. The test checks that the case holds its stated rating before any liquid is involved. You receive a printed result confirming the depth tested and the outcome. This is worth doing before taking a diving watch back into active use.
Why does the Heirloom Rebuild take 8–12 weeks? +
The rebuild involves a full movement service — cleaning, inspection, replacement of worn parts, reassembly, and regulation. Alongside that, we produce a photographic and written record of each stage. Sourcing correct parts for older or less common calibres can add time, and the cosmetic work is done thoughtfully rather than to a rushed standard. We aim for 8–12 weeks and will update you if anything changes that estimate.
Do you work on all brands and movements? +
We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic movements from Swiss and Japanese manufacturers. We are not an authorised service centre for any brand, so if a watch is still under manufacturer warranty, sending it to the brand's own network is usually the right choice. For everything else, contact us with details of the piece and we'll let you know whether it falls within our scope.
How do I arrange to bring a watch in? +
Use the contact form below or call us on +66 83 691 2074 to arrange a suitable time. We prefer drop-offs and collections in person at the workshop on Sathorn Tai Road so we can discuss the piece with you directly. Our workshop hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00.
What happens if additional work is needed once you've opened the watch? +
We contact you before carrying out any work beyond what was agreed. If the inspection turns up a worn part or a condition that warrants a different scope, you will hear from us with a clear description and a revised price. The decision to proceed or not rests with you.
